Terms of Service

1. Subject

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the Rezido platform (rezido.app) and individuals who register and use its services — building managers, cashiers, controllers, owners and tenants. By registering or using the platform, the user fully accepts these terms.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” — the web applications (manager.rezido.app, my.rezido.app) and the Rezido mobile app (iOS and Android).
• “Building Manager (BM)” — the primary user responsible for managing the building. One account = one building.
• “Cashier” — an assistant to the building manager with equal rights within the building.
• “Controller” — a user with limited read-only access for review and audit purposes.
• “Owner / Tenant” — a resident registered by the building manager or via a 6-digit unit code.
• “Unit” — an apartment, parking space or separate room in the building.
• “Subscription” — the building manager's monthly paid plan.
• “Trial period” — 30-day free access to all features with no commitment.

3. Registration and accounts

• Registration is permitted only for adults (18+).
• A building manager may manage only one building per account.
• A building manager may not simultaneously be registered as an Owner in the same building.
• Residents gain access after being added by the building manager or via a valid 6-digit unit code.
• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password.

4. Service description

Rezido is a SaaS platform for managing residential buildings (condominium associations). The service includes: an owner registry (Owner's Book per Art. 7 of the Bulgarian Condominium Act), financial management with two accounts (operational and Repair & Renovation Fund per Art. 50), General Assembly module, notifications and messaging, issue reports, document storage, and a mobile app for residents (included in the subscription). Rezido replaces the paperwork — not the building manager.

5. Subscription plans and pricing

The resident mobile app is included at no extra charge. Units added mid-month are billed pro-rata for the remaining days.
